Trump’s pick to head the CIA, Mike Pompeo, is an advocate of using simulated drowning, among other torture techniques.  The United States cannot allow torture to be committed in our country’s name.  Tell your Senator to stand up for the Eighth Amendment and vote against the confirmation of Mike Pompeo.
